3. Pigment properties

Bright colors, high hiding power, good dispersibility,In plastics, the heat resistance is stable at 200℃; excellent dispersibility in water-based paints; in paints, Permanent Yellow HR has excellent light resistance, heat resistance, solvent resistance and resistance. Migration, at the same time, 1160 permanent yellow HR is excellent in acid resistance and alkali resistance.

Permanent Yellow HR has a specific surface area of 69m2/g, and has excellent light resistance, heat resistance, solvent resistance and migration resistance, giving it a stronger red light yellow than Pigment Yellow 13 (similar to Pigment Yellow 10, 1 times higher in strength). Therefore, Everlasting Yellow HR is suitable for various printing inks, automotive coatings (OEM), and latex paints.

Permanent yellow HR can also be widely used in plastic coloring. In soft PVC, migration and color bleeding do not occur even at low concentrations. Light fastness is grade 8 (1/3SD), grade 7 (1/25SD); in HDPE It has high tinting strength (1/3SD), and the pigment concentration is 0.8%; it can also be used for solvent-based wood coloring, art color,  and carbon black spell out brown， the quality of the pigment can meet the fabric printing and dyeing, and the dry and wet treatment will not affect the color light. .
